Strategic Advisory
I help HR and business leaders design evidence-based benefits and wellbeing strategies that reduce burnout risk and build sustainable, high-performing cultures.

I don't fit a single category. My background crosses elite sport, global corporate leadership, ancestral health, and neurodivergent systems thinking — and that combination is precisely what I bring to the leaders I work with.
Competed for Great Britain at World and European Championships (track, road, and time trial, 1999–2004), and represented the Isle of Man at three Commonwealth Games (1998, 2002, 2006). Elite sport taught me the physiology of sustainable performance—lessons I now apply to leaders facing relentless demands.
Over a decade in global benefits consulting with Aon, Lockton, and Expat Insurance, advising multinationals across Asia Pacific. I focused on building health, risk, and total rewards strategies that measurably improved workforce health outcomes and reduced costs.
Completed a 110 km, 7-day snowshoe expedition inside the Arctic Circle as part of Expedition Limitless 2023, raising funds for mental health initiatives. A lived reminder that performance under extreme conditions is less about capability and more about preparation, mindset, and recovery.
Spent 5+ years leading benefits and wellbeing at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), advising HR and business leaders across 50+ countries. This is where I saw, at scale, how organisational design either protects or depletes human capacity.
Certified by the Primal Health Coach Institute in evidence-based nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management. This lens lets me translate human biology directly into leadership and organisational decisions—not as theory, but as lived practice.
Operating with a neurodivergent mind is my greatest strategic asset. Leaders value the unique perspectives and relentless curiosity I bring, which naturally uncover blind spots in conventional thinking. This systems-level cognitive strength—especially when supercharged by GenAI—is exactly why I’m brought in to solve complex problems where strategy, human behaviour, and technology intersect.
Currently training toward my ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the Co-Active Training Institute. This methodology deepens how I help senior leaders think clearly, decide under pressure, and perform sustainably.
Over 15 years speaking across Asia, Europe, and North America—including the Business Group on Health Global Summit, Davos Neurodiversity Summit, BCG Partner Meetings, and Lockton Global Forums. I speak on the future of work, AI as a thinking partner, neurodiversity, and the health science of sustained performance.

I work 1:1 with senior leaders to help them think clearly, make better decisions under pressure, and master the biological foundations of elite performance.
I deliver keynotes and sessions on the future of work, neurodiversity as a competitive advantage, and integrating GenAI as a thinking partner.
